In the case of official police investigations, pixeldrain can share user details when requested. Please send all police data requests to police@pixeldrain.com. This e-mail address is only for police forces requesting user data. Any other type of message sent to this e-mail address will be ignored.
The following types of data are tracked in the pixeldrain database and can be shared depending on the type of the case. Please specify which fields you require in the investigation:
- File upload date and time (also publicly available on the download page)
- File upload IP address
- Username of the user who uploaded the file
- E-mail address of user
- Active login sessions of user
- User-agent of user
- IP addresses of active sessions of user
- Registration date of user
The severity and sensitivity of the request will be chosen at our own discretion. In cases where the request is considered not serious or unlawful, we reserve the right to deny the request for information.
